Welcome to Dynamic Massage + Bodywork Therapy, LLC
*A update on new procedures*
Hello, I hope this message finds you, your friends, and family in good health. Much has changed in the world but my dedication to providing a safe space for massage has not.
Massage by its very nature requires skin to skin contact. Infection control has always been apart of my process before, during, and after a therapeutic massage session. With that said I am following all procedures released by the State of North Carolina, and ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals), along with infection control procedures made by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). You may notice some changes in my office space, these are to protect you, your family and myself.
I will communicate before the session is to begin about how have been feeling and your potential exposure to Covid-19.
When you arrive at the office I ask that you wait in your vehicle and notify me by text or call that you have arrived, this will minimize contact with others.
I will greet you at the door, and walk you back to the treatment space.
I will be wearing a face mask the entire time I am in the building with you, and during the massage I will be wearing gloves also.
I also will not be doing as many sessions per day as we ease back into all of these new protocols and procedures. There will be extra time between sessions so that I may give my full attention to the space and keep everything clean as possible.
There will also be a new form or two for you to fill out and a informed consent "I understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless the practitioner/business from any claims related thereto. I give my consent to receive treatment from this practitioner."
There will also be a hand hygiene station and a place for you to wash your hands.
I look forward to working with and seeing all of you in a safe, healthy, hygienic manner. If you have any questions please reach out to me at the email below, or you can call or text the phone number below the email. Stay safe and Healthy.
